About
Total Airport Management (TAM) initiatives support airports significantly in ensuring efficient usage of their infrastructure, which can improve operating performance and passenger experience, reduce costs and expenditures, and enhance returns on capital investments. It is noticeable that airports in Asia-Pacific & Middle East have begun to implement TAM initiatives, often prompted by congestions, capacity shortages, throughput bottleneck, and resource constraints.
An effective TAM require a streamline and effective collaboration and communication between different stakeholders, including air navigation, air traffic control, airlines, ground handling and airports. In this panel, we will hear from representatives from different sectors of the industry and learn about their perspectives on how TAM can enhance our industry’s capacity throughout, both in the air and on the ground; and deliver better experience to our passengers."
