Delegate Pass Type and Entitlement
Delegate (ACI Member)
Full delegate passes for ACI Members provide full access to all conference activities, including pre-conference workshop and networking / social activities such as lunch breaks, Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner. Event photos and conference presentations will be available after the event.
Delegate ( Non-ACI Member)
Full delegate passes for Non-ACI Members provide full access to all conference activities, including pre-conference workshop and networking / social activities such as lunch breaks, Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner. Event photos and conference presentations will be available after the event.
Exhibitor / Sponsor
Exhibitor / Sponsor passes provide full access to all conference activities, including pre-conference workshop and networking / social activities such as lunch breaks, Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner. Event photos and conference presentations will be available after the event.
*Quantity of complimentary passes is subject to the contract.
Exhibitor (Exhibition Only)
Exhibition only passes are limited to exhibitors for application, and have limited access to exhibition and conference sessions only and strictly not to networking activities. The organiser has the right to refuse and/or reject applications for Exhibition only passes.
Accompanying Person
Accompanying person pass provide access to the welcome reception and gala dinner. Payment at corresponding full delegate rates will be required for any accompanying persons wanting to attend the conference sessions.
Speaker
Speaker pass provide full access to all conference activities, including conference sessions and networking/ social activities, including refreshments and lunch breaks, welcome reception, gala dinner, and event photos and conference presentations (available after the event).
Media
Media pass are limited to conference sessions only and strictly not for networking activities. The organiser has the right to refuse and/or reject applications for Media passes. All registered Media passes must reference "ACI Asia-Pacific & Middle East" in any articles generated from the event and/or event sidelines.
Staff
This is applicable to staff from ACI only.
