Registrations Details
You confirm that the information provided on the registration form is correct and that your full name and company name will be shown on the delegate badge. By completing the registration form, you consent to the distribution of your contact details to the host and the organiser of this event. You also consent to the inclusion of your name, job title and company name in business matching services, and any marketing and promotion to be distributed at the event.
A confirmation email will be sent to the provided email address within three working days after successfully completing registration.
The organiser may accept the replacement of delegates. However, delegate passes cannot be shared or split among multiple delegates under any circumstance.
The organiser has the right to refuse or reject registrations.
Delegate Passes
- Delegate (ACI Member) / Delegate (Non-ACI Member) / Exhibitor / Sponsor / Speaker - Full delegate passes provide full access to all conference activities, including pre-conference workshop and networking / social activities such as lunch breaks, Welcome Reception, Gala Dinner. Event photos and conference presentations will be available after the event.
Other delegate passes have limited access:
- Exhibition only passes are limited to exhibitors for application, and have limited access to exhibition and conference sessions only and strictly not for networking activities. The organiser has the right to refuse and/or reject applications for Exhibition only passes.
- Accompanying person passes provide access to the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner. Payment at corresponding full delegate rates will be required for any accompanying person wishing to attend the conference sessions.
- Media passes are limited to conference sessions only and strictly not for networking activities. The organiser has the right to refuse and/or reject applications for Media passes. All registered Media passes must reference "ACI Asia-Pacific & Middle East" in any article generated from the event and/or event sidelines.
Insurance, travel, and accommodation shall be the responsibility of the attending delegate. The organiser shall not be responsible in any way for personal injury to the delegate or his/her accompanying persons, staff, agents, contractors, invitees or members of the public.
Payment Terms
- All payments are payable to AIRPORTS COUNCIL INTERNATIONAL in US Dollars.
- Early Bird Price only applies to delegates who completed their payment by 06 February 2026 23:59 HKT. The Organiser reserves the right to charge the difference between Standard Price and Early Bird Price if fdelegates ailed to do so.
- All charges, not limited to currency exchange differences, bank charges, and administrative fees shall be borne by the remitter (sender). AIRPORTS COUNCIL INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to charge back any bank charges incurred.
- All payments are due prior to the start of the event. AIRPORTS COUNCIL INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to decline entry of any delegates who have not completed payment prior to the start of event.
- The ticket price is inclusive of 7% VAT of Thailand.
- A standard 4.5% credit card surcharge would be added to the ticket price. No refund will be provided to surcharges for any ticket cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing by email to the organisers (events@aci-asiapac.aero).
- For cancellations on or before 11 April 2026, a full refund for ticket prices would be provided minus a US$100 administrative fee.
- For cancellations after 11 April 2026, no refund would be provided.
- Any approved refunds will be issued following the conclusion of the event and will be processed in USD.
- In case of non-attendance, the registration may be transferred to another person at no additional charge, subject to written notification to the organisers prior to the conference.
- AIRPORTS COUNCIL INTERNATIONAL reserves the right to cancel or change the date and venue of the conference at any time.
