Justina provides strategic leadership to the diverse teams within Changi Airport Group to transform organisational practices, drive sustainable outcomes, and deliver great employee experiences.
 
She has extensive experience in the airport industry spanning international relations, airline marketing, airport retail and airport consultancy, and she spearheaded HR transformation and many organisational development initiatives.  Under her leadership, CAG has been recognised for its innovative practices and garnered acclaim as an employer of choice, winning multiple awards and accolades from the industry and Union partners alike.

Justina is also a firm believer of philanthropy and passionate about giving back to the community.  She is the Chairman of Changi Foundation, and she volunteers her time with the Institute of Human Resource Professional (IHRP) and with SATA CommHealth, where she contributes to social causes and HR professionalisation. In recognition of her achievements and contributions to the HR industry, Justina was conferred the professional certification by Institute of Human Resource Professionals as a Master Professional (IHRP-MP).
