Claire Storey is an accomplished People, Culture and Safety leader with more than 20 years’ international experience across professional and financial services, currently serving as Executive General Manager, People, Culture & Safety at Australia Pacific Airports Corporation.
She leads enterprise-wide people, culture and safety functions across Melbourne and Launceston Airports, with a strong focus on strategic workforce planning, leadership capability, DEIB, safety culture and employee experience.
Previously, Claire spent 15 years at Morgan Stanley Asia, including as Managing Director and Co‑Head of Human Resources, overseeing people and talent strategies for a workforce of 15,000 employees across the region.
A trusted advisor to C‑suite leaders, she is recognised for guiding organisations through growth and transformation, building high-performing teams, and aligning people strategies with business outcomes.
Claire holds qualifications in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations and is an active contributor to the Aviation Workforce Planning Committee for Industry Skills Australia.
