Yuanhung Ting is the Director of Human Resources at Taoyuan International Airport Corporation (TIAC), Taiwan, and serves as the Chair of the Airports Council International (ACI) Asia-Pacific & Middle East HR Committee since 2025. With more than 15 years’ experience in airport business, he spearheads comprehensive HR strategies—encompassing workforce planning, talent development, and organizational design—to anchor the corporation’s long-term transformation and operational resilience, particularly during the pivotal preparation for new MEGA Terminal 3. As airports navigate capacity expansion and rapid digitalization, Mr. Ting’s leadership ensures that the workforce remains agile and future-ready.
In his international capacity as Chair of the ACI APAC & Middle East HR Committee, Mr. Ting fosters regional collaboration through robust knowledge exchange and practical HR solutions. He is dedicated to strengthening member capabilities and ensuring professional representation across this diverse and dynamic global aviation community.
